One for June

June's year went a lot better. She got out of her cast in March. She turned 11 in Feb. and we took her to a tri-city storm hockey game with a friend. It was a really good time. We got to go back to Denver for the White Sox vs. Rockies. It was a lot of fun the game went into extra innings and the White Sox won. We hung out with Adams sisters and did some other fun things like Boondocks, swimming, shopping ect.
In June we took her to her first concert to see Hinder and My Darkest Days. and had a blast. We went with my brother and sis in law

June and I with the drummer (Dougie) from My Darkest Days.

Our little group

She actually got a full season in for softball but there weren't a lot of girls signed up so it was a scrimmage every week. That was kinda disappointing but she had fun. She did her last year of YMCA volleyball and did great again. Next time she plays it will be in jr. high (SCARY) She is still doing girl scouts and the clarinet. The only other thing she seems to be doing is growing nonstop. She is about 5'4" now and is bigger than me.
She has also proved to be quite the little helper with smaller children. She got to do a little babysitting this year and loved it, I can see a lot more in her future. She is still a bright student and seems to be enjoying 6th grade.
