Eric's new one....its a heart that's half devil and half angel
Toby's
OK I have wanted to get a bat tattooed on me since I went to England. Bacardi is the only thing I drank over there for 2 weeks and I told my coach driver I would have it tattooed on me if its the last thing I do. Well since I love Halloween and Gothic stuff I decided I wanted to get a bat for every year I'm married. Besides liking bats I figured by getting them it symbolized that there are some painful moments in marriage like tattoos. The one above is on my wrist and the rest are shown below on my back...I'm thrilled with how they turned out. Let me know what you think. The one closest to my neck is the Bacardi one.

Just a thought
You know after a full week of the kids being in school...I came to a conclusion....life is pretty damn boring with no children at home. I get my cleaning done in half the time and spend the rest of the day wondering "what to do now." Oh well only a couple days left of solitude. For those of you who don't know I am starting back at Timber Creek Homes on Tuesday. I am so excited I hope everything goes as well as I'm expecting.

First day of school
Today is the first day of school and I'm kinda sad because both of my babies are just growing up way to fast. That also means I'm alone all day long now...oh what to do with my time now?
My big kindergartner looking so fine with the spiky hair and his favorite part of this outfit is his shoes...not only are they sketchers but they look like police cars and light up.

A day with the ducks
On Austin's birthday he said he just wanted to go to the park. First we stopped at the pet store and he fell in love with a cockatil. Then we headed to feed the ducks at Barnett park. When we were done with the ducks and playing at Barnett we headed over to Kelly park and played a while. It was a pretty fun day.

My brother is old today
OK here is the deal today is my wonderful brothers birthday. He is 30 today...yes you heard right a day past old. I just wanted to give a shout out to my only brother and say have a good day little buddy I love you.
Here he is with his daughter
Here he is with his daughter
and with his sonNow this pic I'm going to make two comments....one being the hair: you will see he doesn't have any and there is a good reason for this, if he grows it out its all gray and he looks old. My second comment would be: you notice the frosting on him...well even though he is 30 today and this pic is a few years old, the signs of old age started early (he forgot how to eat). So if anyone knows the number of a live in nurse that can help do daily chores let me know....love ya man

Austin's party
On Saturday we had our annual BBQ/Birthday parties and everything went wonderful. The weather turned out beautiful and we could do everything outside. I spent all day cooking for the 35 guests that showed up and it was just a great night. Every year we either do a party for Austin and Randy or Austin and Sarah. This year was Randy because most of the grandparents will be gone the weekend of Austin's actual birthday.

Happy Anniversary
Royals vs. White Sox
OK we left for Kansas City Friday when Adam got off work and we go to Junction City about midnight after searching 3 cities for a hotel, we got the last room in town. We got up and got to KC about 10 and found out our game didn't start at 6 it was moved to 3. We had enough time to get to the stadium and hopefully catch warm ups. Well we got lost and by the time we found our way again we got their during batting practice. It was 107 degrees out with a heat index of 112 and it was miserable but non the less we had fun. The kids kinda got restless but said they liked being there. Austin was upset he didn't get a baseball so we bought him one. After the game we took the kids to Olive Garden and again they loved it. The littlest things amused them though out the trip. Austin loved the house we stayed at because of all the stairs he could slide down and all the wonderful toys my aunt has for her daycare. Then they rode and escalator for the first time and he was like a little kid in a candy store, it was very cute. We went to Worlds of Fun Sunday and Chuck E. Cheeses. On Monday we went to Oceans of Fun. I didn't get any pics there but I guarantee you fun was had by all. Monday night we took the kids to a real mall and they got to do the build a bear thing and to top the weekend off we just hung out at the house and talked to my aunt and uncle while the kids played with their boys. It was a great vacation and I am looking forward to our next.

Kauffman stadium...Austin was more interested in Arrowhead stadium which shares a parking lot with Kauffman.
notice the home made tat on this girl....
they gave out free hats when you walked in the door and it was a good thing he was red before the game even started.
Chuck E. Cheese
On Sunday after we got home from Worlds of Fun we took the kids to Chuck E. Cheeses. There is one a couple blocks away from my uncles house and let me tell you the fun the kids had here.
On this ride it took a pic of them as they were driving and they turned out cute.
This blue screen they are dancing in front of is like in the movies and there were TV screens up above that put them on what ever was showing at the time...They were true hams let me tell you.

Our Trip...worlds of fun
On Sunday we spent the day at Worlds of Fun and we had a blast. The kids were in awe...most of the day their mouths were dropped open. June was scared of most of the rides but did find a few she liked. Austin was also scared but he stuck it all out and gave it a try. One ride we all wanted to go on was the fury of the Nile. Well we waited in line for about an hour and finally got to the front and they refused to let Austin on, since he couldn't go I couldn't go and i was more than upset. Austin took it not so well either. He just cried and the adult bumper cars he wasn't allowed on either and he again started to cry. But all in all it was a great day.
